ESTABLISHMENT:
Chairperson -District Mineral Foundation Trust
As per G.O.Ms.No.36, Inds.& Com. (M.II) Department, dated: 14.03.2016 District Mineral Foundation Trust, Kakinada District was registered on 31.03.2016 vide Regd no.69/2016 of BK-4. Governing Council for DMFT, Kakinada District was notified and has been functioning under the chairmanship of Collector & District Magistrate, Kakinada District.
DMF CONTRIBUTIONS:
From total DMF contributions, received from theQuarry leases 98% amount is being received through CFMS to the District PD DDO code and remaining 2% amount shall be received by the Director of Mines and Geology, Ibrahimpatanam. Out of 98% DMF contributions, 95% of funds shall be allotted for Development in mining affected Villages in the district and 3% of funds shall be utilized in DMFT, Kakinada District to meet administrative expenditure.
As on 04.11.2023, an amount of Rs. 177246869.80 /- is available in PD DDO Code of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Erstwhile East Godavari District. After formation of new districts, an amount of Rs. 34169692/- is available in PD DDO Code of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Kakinada District.
