Awareness is created in unemployed youth on the job opportunities available in the job market. Enormous opportunities are brought to the district by conducting regular Job Melas & recruitment drives.
The utilization of Job opportunities is made easy with almost ‘0’ expenditure and also made it clear that to get a Job recommendation and bribe are not at all required.
Impressed the corporate sector to “Look Kakinada” for excellent / efficient work source.
These things are possible due to the collective work of ‘Vikasa’ staff.
Interaction of employers and job seekers will be arranged so that both can identify their needs each other better. Necessary facilitation/platform will be provided to employers to organize selection process and to pick the best candidates suitable to their work requirements.
Vikasa can provide any number of man power for all fields as per the requirement of the companies.
Vikasa can provide payroll with utmost accuracy .Vikasa providing payroll to 3000 employees in different MNC’s and Government sectors.
Vikasa can execute any new assignments even without experience.

Through Trainings 5,000 candidates were trained and placed in various corporate and private organizations.
Hence, Vikasa is proposing to take up skill development training in various sectors like IT, ITES, Pharma, Healthcare, Technical and Marketing etc.
Vikasa maintaining vast data bank with all streams of educational qualifications to cater the needs of all MNC’s etc..,

Vikasa entered with 9 more industries and successfully running the

program and planned to absorb 1000 trainees in different industries in this year.

VIKASA TARGET: Vikasa clearly planned to cater the needs of 15000 unemployed youth with proper placements.
