- Executive Engineers of PR & RWS – Executing Agency and inspecting.
- Gram Panchayat – Scheme implementation at Village Level , such as conduting of Grama Sabha, at regular intervals, formation of village level convergence committe and through VLCC member survey the village and identify the need assement of people such as infrastructure works for the development of Village and identified works kept in Village Development Plan,pass a resolution in Gram Sabha and further it will be submitted to District Collector & Magistrate for further approval .

- PMAGY is the centrally sponsored scheme. The aim of the scheme is, to provide basic amenities / infrastructure and improve the living standards of people, living in villages on par with urban in- In the 1st and 2ndphase 32 villages where more than 50% SCs in population were selected in which …439….. no. of works identified and proposed. The central Government under this scheme sanctioned Rs.20.00 lakhs per village with which, threefold matching from available funds of Gram Panchayat, Mandal Parishad and other department funds will be tied-up.
